How to book an appointment with Home Affairs DHA
To book an appointment, visit www.dha.gov.za and click on BABS. You may need to create an account or provide your personal details to proceed. To book an appointment, follow the following process:
- Open DHA eHomeAffairs Booking Appointment Portal https://services.dha.gov.za/#/authenticate/identity
- Enter your ID Number and click next
- Select A Booking Slot
- On the day of your appointment, arrive at the DHA branch at the scheduled time. Bring along any necessary documents and identification that may be required for your specific service.
