When you’ve settled your WesBank account, make sure you get your Paid-up Letter. This is proof that your account has been paid in full and you might need it if, for example, you’re applying for a home loan and you need proof of settlement.



WesBank customers receive their Paid-up Letter with their Original NaTIS document. Both of these documents need to be kept safe because they prove that your car is yours and it’s fully paid for.

If your car is paid up and you don’t have your documents yet, login to your WesBank account, select Request a document from the Documents menu and choose Original NaTIS Document to start the process.
