You can update your card limits by using the App, visiting the branch or calling Capitec Client Care team on 0860102043.
To update limits on the Capitec App, follow the following procedure.
- Choose Cards
- Sign in with your Remote PIN
- If you have more than one card, choose the card you want to use
- Tap Update Limits
- Tap Update
- Enter your daily limit for Online / Telephone / Mail Purchases
- Accept the agreement
Updates to your temporary limits will automatically expire after 3 days and revert to your normal daily limit maximum.
