Should your FNB card get lost or stolen, call the Lost Card hotline immediately on 087 575 9406. Cancel or order a new card on the FNB online banking service if you have lost or misplaced you card. You can do that on your FNBBanking App or via FNB’s online banking page.
If you have misplaced your card and want to temporarily block it, follow the following procedure:
- Log into your profile
- Select ‘Cards’
- Select the card in question
- Select ‘Temporarily Block My Card’
