- Confirm your ID or card number
- Keep the reference number we give you safe in case of fraud
- Don’t use any cards linked to your old card until you have your replacement card’s new number
To report your card lost or stolen in the mobile banking app
- Select ‘manage cards’
- Choose card
- Select ‘card settings’
- Select ‘lost cards’
