If your TFG Account Application has been declined you can call their Customer Services division a call on 0860 576 576 for them to advise you..

All applications run through an internal scorecard process, whereby information on the application is scored certain points as well as information at the Credit Bureau. The evaluation is based on affordability, payment history and credit bureau checks and other sources to evaluate whether we can grant credit to you.
You may re-apply after 3 months.
Alternatively you may apply for a lay-by in store.
You can also obtain a free copy of your credit bureau report at www.transunion.co.za before you do re-apply for an account.
Please re-apply for a new account using a different logo either via online at www.tfg.co.za or in store.
If you have obtained an SMS which states one more step to getting your acc.. send latest bank statements or pay slips it means your account is provisionally approved. Please be advised the necessary checks are required to be taken in order for the account application to be finalized.
