How to get FNB Confirmation Letter on the Banking app

  1. Launch the Banking App
  2. Select Login
  3. Enter Online Banking Password or Biometrics
  4. Click on the Login button
  5. Pre-selected and/or Pre-approved offers will be displayed should the client qualify for any offers
  6. Select Continue
  7. Select Account Options from the toggle bar
  8. Select Account Confirmation Letter
  9. Select the download function and then select the account
  10. Account confirmation letter successfully obtained
  11. Letter can be Sent, Downloaded or printed
