Standard Bank Confirmation Letter letter is available on your Mobile Banking App. Note, you should be able to download or email this letter to your self. Please follow the below steps to retrieve your bank confirmation letter:

- Log onto the App,
- Tap on the tile which shows your current account balance and details,
- Under “your documents” tap on “view”,
- Under “Bank letters”, tap the 3 dots on the side bar to open the menu option You’ll have the option to download or send the confirmation letter via email.
