Kindly note that when applying online or via SMS you will receive a provisional credit approval. This will only be confirmed and finalized once you have provided the following documents in-store:
- ID Book or Official Residential Permit for non-RSA nationals
- Latest payslip
- 3 months bank statements
- Proof of residence
- You can e-mail the required documents to Customercare@Incredible.co.za
To apply for Incredible Connection Lay Bye, you are welcome to visit a store near you to apply with your ID/Passport and 5% deposit of the purchase price.
