Renewal process:
- Scan the Disky QR code
- Use your WhatsApp’s profile scan option
- Tap send and Select ‘Instant Quote’
- Add your licence discs
- Accept the quote
- Select your delivery (collection or door-to-door)
- Make a payment through Ozow, Zapper or Peach Payments
- Get confirmation of payment
- Collect your new licence disc in 7 – 10 working days
This procedure takes just a few minutes. Once all the correct information has been obtained, the processing of the licence renewal will begin.
Customers will receive a PDF copy of the licence as proof of renewal before it becomes available for collection.
The service fee that is paid by all customers is R169 per licence disc and all payments can be made on WhatsApp.
For licence fees, once a customer has supplied all the relevant information requested by the automated WhatsApp channel (name, surname, ID number, email address, and an image of the licence disc), a quote is generated according to the government gazetted licence fees and based on the vehicle information that the customer has provided.
WhatsApp provides an invoice for the customer’s records.
Disky offers multiple payment methods on WhatsApp (credit or debit card, Ozow, or Zapper).
Note: Licence discs have to be collected at the closest selected Supa Quick branch.
